Job Description / Responsibility
- Achieve the monthly collection target set by the management
- Ensure timely steps are taken for successful collection in line with business policy
- Call/Visit and make necessary communication with customers
- Attend customer and meet queries
- Inform senior management for any dispute with client
- Update client information in the recovery Software
- Provide collection update to the senior management from time to time
- Recommend legal steps as and when required
